What is a 'Café Card'?
Since 1991, Metrotainment Cafes has grown thanks to the loyal
patronage of our guests. We want to thank those who have stood
beside us all of these years and continue to encourage others
to become loyal patrons as well. The loyalty card program allows
us to do both.
Why should I get a card?
For every dollar that you spend at a Metrotainment Cafes restaurant
or at our bakery, we reward you with one point. Accumulate points
to select rewards. Also, registered loyalty card holders are recognized
on their birthdays and anniversaries with special offers and gifts.
We have restaurants all over metro Atlanta, so accruing points
is easy! Cards are available from any server, bartender or manager
– just ask!

Why do I have to register my card?
We do not allow unregistered card holders to receive rewards or
recognition – reward dollars are only added to registered
cards. If you lose your card, the only way to re-issue another
one (complete with points and dollars) is to look up the registered
account information. Finally, if your card is registered, you
can go to this
website and check your balance and select your reward!
On what types of purchases can I accrue points?
You can accrue points on any purchase; however, tax and gratuities
are not included in the loyalty program. For example, you can
buy a cake from the Bakery. You can go to Einstein’s for
dinner with 10 friends and put all of the points on your card.
If you go to the bar at Garrison’s-Vinings, you can accrue
points buying drinks and appetizers. If you buy gift cards for
your family and friends at Hudson Grille, you will get points
for that purchase, as well.
If my friends and I all have Café Cards and go
to eat together, can we split the points up onto each card?
Unfortunately, per the terms on the back of your Café Card,
we cannot split points off of one guest check; however, if you
ask for separate checks, your server or bartender would be happy
to add points on each card from each separate check.
What if I have a meal at a Metrotainment Cafes restaurant,
but forget my card – can I still get my points?
If your card is registered, then all you have to do is write your
name at the top of your guest check and give it to your server.
The server, in turn, will pass the check onto one of our Managing
Partners or General Managers and they will look up your account
and make the necessary adjustment. Otherwise, bring your receipt
on your next visit and the Managing Partner or General Manager
can make the adjustment then.
Are there any limitations or restrictions on the use
of my reward dollars?
No. You can use your reward dollars to make any purchase at any
Metrotainment Cafes restaurant or the Bakery.
Does my Café Card have an expiration date?
Currently, there are no plans to discontinue our loyalty program;
in fact, plans are in the works to use the program to recognize
birthdays, anniversaries and to promote special occasions at our
restaurants.
