In 1997, Metrotainment Bakery started baking "the best cakes on the planet" in a small part of Einstein's prep kitchen.  Initially desserts were made just for our restaurants but soon we were baking for many other restaurants and businesses.  Quickly, production increased so much that the space became too small and was moved to a location on Crescent Ave.  By 2006 our bakery not only served all of our busy restaurants, but over 120 wholesale accounts and it was time to move again!  We relocated to a warehouse at 14th Street and Howell Mill Road.  Today, we have moved one last time to a large facility off of Chattahoochee Road, woth ample space for bakery production, company support offices and storage.

Since the early days, our repertoire has grown to include pies, tortes, cheesecakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, brunch breads, biscotti, miniatures and wedding cakes (schedule your free tasting!).  We have received numerous awards and accolades for our products and we are proud of the innovations and new items we continue to develop.

Our retail shop is a great place to pick up your dessert order, because you can also get anything you need for your special celebration, including candles, paper plates and napkins, greeting cards, balloons and other gift and seasonal items.

If you can't make it to our retail shop, don't worry!  We will deliver any of our goodies to a Metrotainment Cafes restaurant near you!
